Without shadow of a doubt, Ryu is indeed the greatest and most iconic fighter of all time and in history of video games. Without Street Fighter, the fighting game genre would be dead. Without Street Fighter, there would be no Mortal Kombat, Tekken, Virtua Fighter, King of Fighters, Dead or Alive, Super Smash Bros., Guilty Gear, Blazblue, etc. Without Ryu, there would be no Street Fighter and no fighting games. His moves, his style, his image, Icon, and Legend himself. SF fan since '90. Ryu wins!
