  • HAh, no kidding. I'm getting better. Definitely a bonus to recording these workouts is reviewing them and seeing where I can improve form that I don't catch in my narrow mirrors.

  • That's what I did.. I made some toilet tissue damp and wet the sensor and that solved it.. weird! Maybe it got too cold.

  • where did you get your heart rate monitor and how much was it??

  • @eurcynia when did you start to see results and can you do the level 1 drills where u do 4 push ups and jump up and down? I can't do many :(
