Turtles in Time Playthrough / Speedrun - Part 2

Part 2 of Turtles in Time brings us to the Sewer Surfing and Technodrome stages...

A recap on what I'm doing with this run...
-Hard mode with a Rest of 7
-Don't use continues
-Go as fast as possible

Also, please note that this is NOT, I repeat, NOT a tool assisted run, thus there is plenty of human error on my part. XD

Sewer Surfing in this game is a ton of fun... on hard mode there's a couple of slight extra annoyances, but I overall really enjoy this bonus stage... besides... the music rocks!! XD

Technodrome... oh Technodrome... you start off so innocent, even with a sub-boss in between... by why, oh WHY did Shredder get to have the BLOCKING foot soldiers during his boss fight?! I almost always die 2 or 3 times against that boss on Hard Mode just because it's so incredibly annoying to do a running attack against the block ninjas AND manage to toss them at the screen while Shredder's trying to shoot or claw me and other block ninjas are after me, and trying to manage it before the attacked enemies recover... I hate that boss... XD

I think I did pretty good on the stages overall though... a couple of close calls, but hey, it happens. XD

When I fight Shredder I have no idea how to throw guys at him. I just keep pressing bottons until something happens. And when I fight Tokka & Rahzar, I think it's Bebop & Rocksteady but they're on another level. And I think, "Hey Tokka & Rahzar are on TMNT 2 The Secret Of The Ooze.

In order to throw enemies at the screen you must first get them to bend over in pain (by hitting them in some fashion), then line up with them and press Forward + Attack, it should perform the throwing of an enemy at the screen. =P

To be honest, the Shredder Boss fight in this game is one of the most creative boss battle of all time.

I remembered the arcade version of I think this one you would see splinter crossing the screen pretty much telling you to continue in whatever direction you were going and if you don't respond, it gets bigger and bigger until it fills the screen and all of a sudden you get a one hit KO or something and then you continue.

Ugh, those blocking Foot Soldiers, pretty much the most annoying enemy type in the game. When me and my siblings were younger, first time we played through Hard mode, I KNEW that those were the Foot Soldier types that would be used here.
