Hi Sven, Can send you all 4 parts if you're still interested. you seem to have gone very quiet in the last wee while - always enjoyed your videos.

i like your chanter what kind? and do you use a specific reed for it?
-
I might have the sheet music somewhere. I used to have the book, Michael Grey's Book (One?), but sold it. I might have the sheet to the tune, though - I'd have to dig it out. It's actually a four-parted tune. I hate when they chop great tunes up and just play *some* of the tune out of ignorance of the other parts, just because their p/m decided to use only half the tune. Parts 3 & 4 are very cool as well.

can you send me the music of this tune???/

LOL yes i think she is my pipe instructor.

Isn't the "Emily Kate" of this tune Colin's daughter?
-
LOL at "Real to Reel", I bought like five copies of that tape because I either wore them out or gave them away ;-)
Now how about Gordon MacRaes Favorite?
Slainte,
Willy

Very Nice tune!

A catchy tune that's well played by Ian.
What brand practice chanter / reed combination is that?

Hey its a small world my teachers name is Emily Kate macLellan
Too bad it's cut off before parts 3 & 4.
This is one of my all-time favorite tunes. Back in about 1990 the [since disbanded] Clan MacFarlane Pipe Band from St. Catharines, ONT, rocked this four-parted hornpipe for their medley march on and it was awesome. Scott MacAulay plays it on the "Real to Reel" album.
Please produce a YouTube video of the following tunes, played on the bagpipes: "Emily Kate MacLellan" (all four parts) followed by "The Spice of Life" jig. Thanks in advance,
Chris.

all i had was the first two parts, what you seen me play ( i believe an E ) before the video cuts out is a repeat of the first two parts. I made a mistake somewhere in the reprise thus I cut out the repeats. I didn't know there was a 3rd and 4th part.
