  • Harvey The Rabbit told me he is now harveycazales. com

  • I couldn't receive Radio Caroline clearly in the daytime where I was - in South Kent, but at night the fading became tolerable and only faded when the good bits were on.

I was listening when this ship went down I think. Great station. Actually I happened across this video as I was looking for the artist of a tune or song I'd often hear on Radio Caroline. - I can't remember what it was now so I'll make some tea instead.

  • @jks2 No it went down too quickly for that.

  • I was really upset when this happened I remember it only too well. It was the end of an era as far as I was concerned, but the Caroline Roadshows carried on for a good few years. They were great played great music and god beer. Fantastic times. Does anyone know whatever happened to Harvey the Rabbit?

  • Radio Caroline Still Broadcasts to this day :)

  • did they save the equipment ?

  • Great interview Mike

  • after the MV Mi-Amigo came the MV Ross Revenge , a more tall ship and more radio-stations in the air: Caroline and Radio Monique ( Dutch station) from the same ship.

This will neveer come back, but in Holland we have on "sea" Radio Waddenzee and Radio Seagull from the lightship Jenny Bayton.

  • Does anyone know: Is the ship still on its place, or has it been removed?
