I have enjoyed your videos of your visit to Jamestown. I have lived here all my life, but sad to say never have went to a Lucy Event.. I love her and Desi for all of their wonderful movies and TV shows. Hopefully I soon find some time to visit some of my hometown sites. Thanks for the visual...

Is Desi buried with Lucy or is he buried in California?

Good old Jamestown and I Love Lucy. Saw here when she and Desi came to Jamestown 1956. No longer J-town resident.

My reply was to Curstina's post.

No, Lucy was born in Jamestown in her grandparents appartment on Harrison Street (Swede Hill). Lucy herself states this in her autobiography "Love, Lucy".
Yeah, Jamestown is trying to make a buck off of their famous daughtert, but so what? What else is the town famous for? It was once "The Furniture Manufacturing Capital Of The World". And that's all gone now. Might as well make money off the memory of Lucy, who never much cared about Jamestown either, only returning to visit once in 1956.

So Is Lucy's body still in Jamestown? or is it still in California?
This was such a cute video! I went to Lucy-Desi Days 2 or 3 years ago and it's so much fun. This brought back all the memories and I can't wait to go again! Was your tour guide's name Lucy by any chance? Your tour guide looked like the one I had so I was wondering.
