Flares obviously. Seen this many times in the Springs. Watch and notice they all are dropping and the low one burns out and a new one appears at the top. They are subject to gravity and not flying or hovering.

Those are illumination rounds. More than likely fired by a 120mm mortar. They can hang for a long time. They are similar to flares they have a parachute and hang until burnout. Depending on what is bein done they will keep firing.

Lol I saw them to, I was more out east by Peterson AFB. I hope they are just flares lol.
