  • Ya forgot the crooked Black Sox era, how about some pictures of them?

  • @jejozi The Black Sox weren't the only team to ever throw a World Series FYI. They just happened to be the only ones who got caught

  • @chisox100 Proof, please. What years, what teams and which players were involved?

  • @jejozi exactly. There is no proof, hence why they weren't caught but many players have admitted to throwing world series games. The 1911 World Series was rumored to have been thrown but theres no substatial proof. You cant hate on the Black Sox for happening to be the ones who got caught. Hell, you should thank them because with them gambling wouldnt have been cut out of baseball

  • @chisox100 "There is no proof", just "rumors and "many players" heresay? Not really enough to go around trying to pass it off as fact. I just wondered why you didn't see fit to include what many feel is one of the greatest teams of that era. Especially if we're to be thanking them. Aren't you proud of their contribution to the cleaning up of MLB?

  • @jejozi I could only fit so much video onto the 2:20 long song

  • actually carlton fisk joined the white sox in 1981.

  • Correction on Carlton Fisk... he didn't join the White Sox until 1981... he was still on the Red Sox during the 1970's.
