We're all entitled to our own opinions. But I couldn't disagree more. How I see it, more efficient cars will be on the road, less foreign oil will be required, families will have more reliable transportation, it will drive auto production. For once this helps the guys in the middle who are trying to make ends meet. It appears to be helping a lot of people in my state. Just my opinion.... no disrepect to those who think otherwise.

Cash for Clunkers is a horrible idea. It's like the "Broken Window Fallacy".
It's going to be $3 billion of our tax dollars down the toilet. Poor working people and students need those so-called "clunkers" that are being destroyed. It's wasteful and bad for the environment.
