Close, but no. It's actually "Action Replay". Which.... it is pretty much the same as Gameshark... but better, and far more flexible.

I don't understand anything about the Link statue, but I know the other three statues are the spirits you got the original masks from (For the Dekuscrub, that would be the Butler's son; I.E. the dead "tree" found at the prologue).
