chicken and chips is not a healthy meal for a growing child to be eating on a daily basis. kids need macro and micronutrients.
yes - chicken is a good source of protein - but in the unrecognisable form that it came in? and fat - yes, but from avocados, fish, nuts and seeds.
This interview only gives one side of the story.

Hear! Hear! Read Mike's book 'The Tyranny of Health' - it's brilliant.

I think the government should stay out of what we eat unless there is poison in it. Like many things its a liberty question. If I want to eat chicken and chips then I should be able to, subject only to my own common sense to not eat the same thing every day. This is substitute politics from the government, shouldn't they be debating economic policy?

Yes I'd like this GP as my Dr, someone who doesn't poke their nose into our personal lives and gets on with treating people- wouldn't that mnake a refreshing change

This Dr is great! He wants to treat sick people, not dictate how we live our lives as the government are trying to do. Chicken and chips all round!!
