  • The DX7 MK2 is the one to have Yamaha recognised the shortcomings of the first model and corrected it in 1987. Making the DX7 MK2 the ultimate synth with fat sounds that can compete with any analogue even a CS80

  • this guy toured with spiritualized a few years back . cool dude.

  • dx 7 rules still thanks to the el piano.s i have one from 1984!!! in very good condition:))

  • I like the DX7 metalic sound on Dire Strait's Money for Nothing, if you know what I am talking about

  • ive got a dx7 mrk1 and i can spend hours having real run with it.

  • The man in the vid speaks the truth... ignore the E-Pianos and go custom.. some great sounds from DX7! (check my latest upload for DX7 II-D + JX8P)

  • we don't even get to hear it?

I bet Tara could really make that old thing sing

  • have one too ; )

    great when layered with analog

DX-7 midi'd to Minimoog for bass is great
