Mark Willis asks if the districts are starting to use the Evaluation Module.
Dr. Perry confirms that they are now subscribing to the Evaluation Module. They will be using it for the Board Self-Assessment and the Superintendent Evaluation using the templates provided. They have just been trained. She highly recommends the eBOARD review process and the value of the detailed report with ideas for improvement.
Dr. Van Soelen comments that they changed 21things on their eBOARD and district site based on the review report. The schools like that for once the central office work was assessed!
Mark adds that Dr. Van Soelen has also made many suggestions to EBS about eBOARD. This is YOUR software and it is made to fit the needs of the districts. In order to make it easier, EBS has recently rolled out an new meetings app for the iPad.
