Balancing the budget by making already strapped homeowners pay thousands to repair the SIDEWALKS in front of their houses. They can't park in their own driveways because they will get ticketed. They pay property tax on the sidewalks, but it's only theirs if the City needs money. They give them 30 days. The kicker is that the sidewalks all around City Hall are completely messed up and they are not getting repaired because 'there is no money in the budget.' Thanks Gavin.
