@RonQE hmm.. my bench press max is but i do oly lifting, and i rarely bech press. But i do have a pushup video i think i did around 20 pushups (i've forgotten), i rarely do these too. then i also have a leg press video, where i'm doing some reps with ok weight., and my 1 rep max is around 230kg i think.

@batmannu I found another where you had a tough time with 55. I was surprised; you seemed to handle this one so easily!
You should post a video doing the following:
- Pushing yourself with reps on arm curls (to the point of failure)
- Doing proper push-ups, as many as possible
- Leg press machine, either for max weight, and / or to see how many times you could press a weight of, say, 200kg

You should have been lifting a lot more than 110 in this. It was way too light, to show off what you can REALLY do.
