OK, Lee Harvey Oswald was set up by the government. Jack Ruby was in the mob. The government at one time talked to the mob to kill Castro. So, the mob killed JFK and set up Oswald. The reason Jack Ruby killed him was because the government was scared Oswald was going to talk.

FACTS

Ruby here is in a courtroom...flanked by his appeal lawyers Sol Dann and Elmer Gertz.

The appeal process was to get the first trial and its death sentenced overturned and get a new trial moved out of Dallas.

EVERYTHING Ruby is saying here is aimed at 1st trial Judge Brown (disqualified on appeal)...the Dallas Police (their damaging testimony thrown out as a result of the appeal)...and a new trial was moved out of Dallas and set for Witchita Falls, Texas.

Shame people don't know the context of when this was said. Elmer Gertz was one of Ruby's lawyers for his retrial hearing & part of the retrial team up until the time of his death. He wrote, "Moment of Madness" & explains things in detail.

Here Ruby is referring to the DALLAS POLICE & the desire they had to convict him in the initial trial. In particular Officer Pat Dean, responsible for security in the basement ,who made a fool out of himself on live TV admitting he knew Ruby PRIOR.
