Three years ago, Hoover Co. left a gaping hole in the middle of North Canton, Ohio. The sour taste of a job loss estimated at 2,400 has ceded for the progress, and the opportunity, that The Hoover District has become, under the leadership of Chris Semarjian from Industrial Commerce Ltd. of Cleveland and Stu Lichter with Industrial Realty Group of Los Angeles ( http://www.IndustrialRealtyGroup.com ). Yesterday, Suarez hosted a press conference at The Hoover District to announce its new headquarters at the sprawling Downtown facility straddling Maple and Main streets.
