  • I love these chinese musics.

  • Thank you for your comments. You are right not to be rigid but when I watch my own teacher performing these moves there is a lot less lean. Perhaps it's the angle of the video. While the principles does not say vertical it does say erect. Also if the hips lead I think there should be less lean.

  • @huangjin800 It does not say vertical, it says the spine should be straight. It says the head should be suspended from the crown but you must guard against being TOO rigid. If you can perform "Snake creeps down" without leaning then you are doing it wrong. Your hips lead everything, so they will arrive before your shoulders or feet, creating a lean until the threads catch up (like a whip). Your spine should hang naturally like a string of pearls, not forced erect.

  • He is a Master and a line descendent form Yang Cheng Fu but I see that when he does his practice there is body lean. When I read the books they say one's body should be vertical with the lowest vertebrae erect. When he practices at this height that is impossible to do, were he to practice higher there would be no body lean. I am sure I am misinterpreting something. This is the only video I will keep.

  • Amazing. I love how fluid he is able to make it all look

  • @piriya1980 Master Zhao bin

  • I forgot to tell you. His father was a disciple of Yang Chenfu.

  • He is Master Zhao Youbin (the 5th generation of Yang Taijiquan). His grandmother was Yang Chenfu's niece (Yang Zhaoyuan's daughter). He performs 85 form, indeed 85 or 81 or 103 or 108 form are the same one. Yang Chenfu perform this 85 form when he was old. And I'm sorry about my writing that is not good. :)

  • I do not know who this is, but this person is playing at a high level of skill and training and is doing the form with good extension, flow, and intention. He is doing the Yang "Old" Style Large Frame Long (108) Form.

  • Can someone translate? Who is this?
