How does one go about opening a "backpacker?" How does one attract guests? What does it cost to stay at the White House?

Their prices start at 25 dollars a night. I just put a link to their site in the description - so you can see their price list. I'm not sure about their marketing ... I guess they have brochures/flyers at the information center for a start.
