Joe whipsers to Nick : Your dedicating a song to roxy?
Nick: Yeah why?
Joe: do you realise what must be going through amy's mind right now! she probly thinks you like that roxy chick instead of her.
* Nick looks to the side of the stage. Amy is standing there. her face stained with tears, staring at nick.*
Nick: Oh crap what have I done.

Meanwhile..
*Roxy is on the phone*
Roxy: It's working.
??: How do you know?
Roxy: He just dedicated a song to me! me! not his girlfriend! me!
??: and how is she taking it?
Roxy: Shes devestated,
??: Good good.
Roxy: So if i get nick away from amy, what will we do then miley?
Miley: Then he'll be mine.
Roxy: and what about me?
Miley: Once I have Nick you can have one of the others.

later that night.
*Nick is walking upstairs and heres music. He hears amy playing her keyboard and singing a song.*

Always up for a laugh, he's a pain in the arse.

*Nick walks in*
Nick: Hi.
Amy: Hello.
Nick: can we talk?
Amy: We're talking now arent we?
Nick: Your mad.
Amy: No im not, why would I be mad? Just because you dedicated a song to a girl youve known a week, a girl who you dont even know, a girl whos always mean to me and my best friend, a girl who doesnt even know you, a girl you said you love even when you have a girlfriend, even when you've never dedicated a song to me. Your girlfriend. Would that make you mad if you were me?
Nick: I'm sorry. Its just shes been there for me all week when ive needed her.
Amy: I've been here.
Nick: You've been with Joe and Jesse.
Amy: Theyre my friends! I don't go to concerts and declare my love for them do I.
Nick: Your making it sound alot worse then it is.
Amy: Am i? ive seen you and her at lunch, cuddling up close, i'm not blind. It breaks my heart! You havent even spoken to me in 3 days. I thought you loved me. I thought we were boyfriend and girlfriend. togtgher forever. Did that day under the tree mean anything to you? have the past 3 weeks meant anything to you at all?!?
Nick stays silent.
Amy: Do you even love me? no do you even LIKE me anymore?
Nick stays silent.
Amy: Do you...like her?
Nick: I don't know how it happened. We just sort of clicked.
Amy stares at nick, tears rolling down her cheeks.
Amy: have you...kissed her?
Nick doesnt answer.
Amy: well that just answers it doesnt it.
Nick: fine maybe you'd be better off with joe.
Amy: EXCUSE ME!!
Nick: Maybe you should date joe, you seem to get along alot better than we do.
Amy: your unbelivable. Your pathetic.
*Amy picks up her skateboard from the cornor of the room.*
Amy: I hope you and your slut of a girlfriend are very happy together. your both so suitable. Both complete assholes.
*Amy runs out the room and sees Joe and jesse waiting outside the room. they had heard everything.*
Joe: where are you going?
Amy: Out,
Jesse: Its pouring down.
Amy: I dont care.
*amy runs down the stairs and out the door.*

With Nick, joe and jesse.
Joe: how could you!
Jesse: You've been making out with roxy while going out with amy! thats low dude.
Nick: I didnt kiss her, she kissed me. I couldnt stop her.
Joe: of course you couldve.
Nick: it was an accident okay.
Jesse: If it was an accident why did you say those hurtful things to amy then.
Nick: she was shouting at me. it was a reflex.
Joe: se was upset. she had a right to be. she loved you and you cheated on her.
Nick: ive gotta go find her.

with amy
Amys POV
* I couldnt believe it. He was my first true love and he'd kissed someone else. I thought he was THE ONE. obviously not. I was so angry, so upset yet i stil knew i loved him. He was so kind and caring normally. That bitch had changed him. I got on my skateboard and startecd going down the hill on the mainroad. The rain was blowing into my eyes, i could hardly see a thing. But i didnt care, as the wind swept through my hair i felt asif it was blowing away my sorrow. Maybe i should forgive him, i thought.Maybe it was an accident. I still loved him, I was just so confused. All of a sudden there was a bright light and I was thrown off my board. After that everything turned dark.*
