  • I think its great that you've decided to make bolillos for your Mexican husband. My husband is also Mexican. Naturally, wanting to be a good wife; I learned to make Mexican dishes so he's not stuck eating Filipino food all week. However the fact that you have to put "(Married to a Mexican)" in the title of most of your recipe videos struck me as kind of strange... almost apologetic. In fact, you look like you could be Mexican yourself. Good food never needs explaining. Just sayin....

  • Married to a Mexican...Are you the Mexicana o tu esposo es? Esta muy bueno...Tengo un receta por bolillos tambien...Me gusta tu video...Do you use a bread flour with barley (malted)? I like to roll out the dough thick (or pat) then put diced jalapeno and diced sharp cheddar then roll it back with seam on the side top. Oh yeah a little jalapeno juice is good in the dough mix...Esta muy rico...
