@Sonny9257 Rush explained that on his radio show. No one turned it up, he got closer to the mic. Not being able to hear was his problem. Not knowing it they could hear him was his problem. Getting close to the mic was his solution.

And just if you research politics you may alos learn that America was in a similiar situation in the late 70's and Regean turn it around by HIS policies.
