Try to look beyond the ridiculous sunglass/sleeve-hat combo, and check out TJ Caleca as he exemplifies great body control and core strength with this little "circus act" on the blast-staps. I know this is hard to believe, especially in todays fitness society, but TJ has NEVER performed any type of "breakthrough" exercise for improvements upon core strength, such as wobble board training, core training with bands (the ones with the "built-in" handles) or balancing on one leg, with eyes closed while partaking in a game of Simon says. This is the result of "indirect" core training such as squats, deadlifts, etc. There will be more "circus tricks" to come in the near future. Stay Tuned!!
