The majority of that reverb is not coming from the performer. They need big resonating chambers for the effect.

Was this made with effects at the time of recording or added after?
I record mine dry and add reverb later.
Nice stuff though.

this shit is embraced by hi-brows but look up some good beat boxers and they're doing very similar things but making it funky instead of "ethereal." same goes for modern dance and breakdancing.

wrong. there is no flanger. just heavy reverb. that effect is done through resonating overtones through the lips and tongue.
