The hard thing to do is almost always the right thing to do. Tell the truth and face the conequences. Once a lie is told to someone your whole relationship is built around it...And we all want true honest relationships.Besides you are adorable and im sure you are more valuable to her then some object! Sure she might be upset for a minute but it will be ok. let us know how it turns out!

i would tell her the truth.....i mean dude its your moms most valued object.....why lie about tht.....telling the truth is good usually most ppl tht lie(like i used to)get bad luck...cuz after lying my life sucked forever until i started telling the truth.why have bad luck for a long time when you can just tell the truth and get in just a lil bit of trouble and get out instead of it ever lasting.
