What had happened was the guy forgot to attach his cylinder to his chair so he panic and grabbed his safety rope and head knocker which opened it up and slid down about a hundred and fifty feet before letting go and allowing the head knocker to catch the safety line. So the guys who rushed to the roof saw his cylinder there and D-clipped it to an anchor pulled up his genie lines ran them trough the cylinder and the attached his safety line too the genies and lower him down
