Wu Bu Quan 五步拳

Basic Wushu Routine.
This is my first experience with using iMovie. The video is shot with my 10 year old Sony Digital VCR on a Hi8 tape. Transferred onto my Samsung HDDR, Burned to a DVD, Ripped to my Mac, with the software Handbrake (output-format .mkv). Converted with flv Crunch to the format .mp4 Why? Well first of all, iMovie wont take Hi8 cam tapes, second of all, Handbrake only has two output formats: m4v & mkv, which iMovie cant handle. If anybody else know a better way to do this (besides buying a new vcr) please let me know, thanks :-)
