  • My dad told me about the sit ups the SAS do.

    They are realy great and involve a medicine ball.

    I found it realy diffiult at first but it grows on you after a week or so.

    Lie down as he has on this vid, flatten your back against the floor, cross and raise your legs to around 70-90 degrees.

    Then hold the medicine over/behind your head and bring it up towards your feet.

    Do roughly 10-20 reps and continue to next step:

    Then Lastly, raise both legs again to the first position and circle the ball around for 15-30 reps.

    After completing this my abs realy thank me for it!

    Just remember to arch your back correctly as shown in this video!
