  • I LOVE CASPER

  • It could also be a reflection of how the world sees her - beautiful and fair - and how she sees herself as a result of her mother's insults - ugly and undesirable.

  • I want her to speak some Dutch!!

  • Its boring that Matthew does not have more opportunities to get more role i another movie.

  • Is that the girl from Harry potter??..the sister of the redhead boy,idk what's their name XD

  • I think that iris was named for iris the goddess of the rainbow. Since she is an artist. Also she is very pretty i dont understand why she is suppose to be ugly and that picture hardly looks like her. no iris thats not what you look like

  • A man who does look and notice inner beauty is the man that I want. I love Caspar in the book, but I'm crazy about Caspar in this movie. SUCH A MAN!!!

  • The sad thing is...women were equal to animals in those days. They were valued only for sex and having children or cleaning. They weren't allowed to go to school or get an education or make something of themselves. They depended on getting a 'man'. If they didn't they had to be a servant, a mistress, prostitute...because it was unheard of for a woman to have a job and be independant. Even rich parents left money and property to sons. Women have it so much better now Thank God n woman's lib.

I love the scenery, it matched my imagination almost perfectly, the casting was decent (Ruth was right on in my mind), but nonetheless it could have been a cute PG version of the book that they say it is based off, but they took too many liberties with the plot, thus completely changing the story XP

  • @doggygenesis

I have read it, but this movie wasn't based off of Cinderella, it was based off of Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister by Gregory Maguire. Maguire’s whole point of the book was that there was NO MAGIC And they could have very easily done Maguire’s exact story, But they

  • @SiccaD216 read the original cinderall and you'll realize even that was completely altered XP

  • in the book Clara is only 8 and is very quiet , and believes she is some demon child or something
