The mission of the Coalition to Unchain Dogs is to improve the welfare of dogs living continuously chained outdoors by providing free spay/neuter, vaccinations, and fences, while bolstering connections between these dogs and their human companions through non-judgmental assistance and education designed to raise general community expectations regarding the standards of care for these animals

I did not watch it all, as I do not like seeing cruelty on video. I know how it is, in fact, was involved in dog rescue for some years before health issues, so am well aware. Personally, I think such owners should be chained outside for one year, fed only crap food & stale water from filth encrusted bowls. Local ASPCA, Humane Soc, others, do not do SHIT! I have tried for years to get ANY of them to help with freeing dogs from local dog fight rings & puppy mills. Nothing, + cops here all corrupt

I've always said, "If you think your dog is happy chained to a tree, THINK AGAIN!" Chaining a dog is probably one of the most inhumane acts one can do. A dog is a part of the family and you wouldn't chain your child to a tree! A big thank you to this organization who is trying to release the chains of our precious pets. We can all be on the look out for dogs who live their lives on chains and report the abuse to your local SPCA - just maybe something can be done. Thank you again guys and gals!
