  • For some reason I have the feeling most viewers watch these vids just to check if the cat is lying there.

  • @skaterunknown4ever I completely agree. Most of the comments in my YouTube videos are about my cat. :-)

  • wouldn't this exercise w/ the wheel put a lot of stress on the knees?

  • @talk2jwu Not any more than doing knee pushups, which is to say no I don't think it puts much stress on the knees. The carpet in my living room is soft, which is why I'm not using an exercise mat in this video. If I was exercising on a hard floor, I'd definitely put an exercise mat under my knees for this exercise.

  • i fuk my girl like that but i dont have a 6 pack...can i use a car wheel?

  • dude ive done this before... its killer. not just abs though! i also was very sore in my lats the day after. its a great exercise.

  • sooo u can get a six pack with this? how many reps? how many times a week? :o

  • Haha the cat!

  • Not a bad video milos owner... But really if you want 6 pack abs you need optimum nutrition and cardio. If you want abs with deep vallys like little pebbles then you can do this or you can do leg raises which is one of my fav, also bycicle crunches for abs and obliques, including normal crunches which are just as good, you can add weight to any of these. I also like the swiss ball twists for obliques and side/regular panks. But you only need 3 -6 sets for abs.
