User Account Control (UAC) is a feature in Windows that can help prevent unauthorized changes to your computer. UAC does this by asking you for permission before performing
actions that could potentially affect your computer.

Not that we recommend disabling this feature but if it's annoying you, watch the following video to see how you turn it off. You probably need to reboot the PC after you turn it off.
