Iron Palm Breaking With Rod Morgan and Josh Walker

Iron Palm Training: Rod visited for a full day martial arts activity. Iron palm breaking was obligatory and these are some of the breaks we taped.

We also broke several "coupon blocks", blocks I obtain free of charge at the local brick yard. I prefer to use them when available since I break a lot of concrete and it can become expensive. They range in difficulty from significantly easier than 1 standard block up to significantly harder than 1 standard block. You never know what you get with a coupon block and that can present its own challenge...

Excellent breaks. You make it look so effortless...Where can i get coupon blocks?

@carlosensei1 The coupon blocks I use are at the local brickyard where many types of blocks are produced. It may take some searching to find a place that sells them. Since moving to Destin, I have a difficult time finding even the standard basic patio blocks and I have students trnsport both coupon blocks and standard blocks down to me when the visit. Your mileage may vary...
