This is a 10 part series demonstrating the basics of Adobe inDesign by creating a simple booklet that uses paragraph styles, master pages, pictures, text, drop caps, and a generated table of contents. This video is great for the intermediate computer user who wants to learn InDesign. The files that are used in the video may be found at www.sterlingteaches.com. • Thanks for the great tut. I am using InD CS5. I did exactly as what you dis but surprisingly I did not see what I created on the second page (A-master page) replicated in the other pages. I don't know if it's the problem of the version, or I have to make some adjustment to make it work like yours.

  • @phuonghhnt I haven' t tried it in cs5 yet, so I'm not sure.

  • Hey, great tutorials! just wondering if you wanted to increase the no. of pages for this booklet from 12 to say 20, how do you do that? Thanx a mill!

  • @parisgala88 Many ways to change the page numbers... 1 way is to go up to file then click on Document Setup then change where it says number of pages to 20.
