Network File Sharing with Windows and Active Directory. Sharing files and directories on a network and combining local (DACL) and share permissions where the end result is the most restrictive combination of the two.
I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 machine and a few Windows 7 machines.
There are already folders set up for users to store anything they want to backup and I did this when I was logged in under administrator. Is there a way to make it I can choose which machines can open various folders? When I try to map a drive and have them log in, it says that that machines domain is it's own computer name, if that helps.
Hey, I have a question.

Is there a way to make it I can choose which machines can open various folders? Thank you for your time.
