a wedge thru anchor should do your job , depending on the load if less than 50 kgs 4 nos of 12 mm bolts should do the job, make sure the base material you are fixing in is of good quality

Can you tell me what product would be suitable for anchoring a motorcycle tire changer to a concrete floor? The changer is fairly heavy and will have mild lateral force put on it. The foot has 4 mounting holes. Thanks!
