  • So THAT'S how they did it. I had only read about this type of ploughing before, but didn't know how it was done. Thanks for sharing.

  • It did catch on, this is the best way to plough a field, the ground is not compacted as it would be by using a moving tractor!

  • V Interesting vid, I've seen this at other shows, it does strike, looking at what's involved, that it's not entirely surprising that it didn't really catch on, especially with the smaller fields that existed in the earlier years of the 20th Century.
