@JohnFinnigan1 Have you seen how much bikes are now? Then there are lights and flats and tools. The passengers don't get out and change a flat on a city bus, they don't do a tune up on it they just pay there fair.

This is a good idia but not the first of it's kind Portland OR had a program called cite bike or something like that that was donated bikes painted yellow that you picked up road set were you stoped and left it for the next one to find it it has been cancelled long ago but did exist

@TheBmxBeginner: Hey dummy, that's why you have to swipe your bank card to unlock and use one. Paper trail back to you. Bread crumbs like Hansel & Gretel.... Think man, think.

@mjs7888 Nah, I think they should pay people to ride the bike and leave the car. New cars have a GPS in them (without the interface). So they can track them if the car stayed in the garage or not. There is also the problem with saftey since a lot of motorists find them annoying on the road and their disrespect put thems in more danger. A bike can be used in every season but it's always more confortable to sit in a car with air conditioning and music. But IMO safety of a persons life > health

@finnsia Good catch on the sign! Hey, I think Denver should give it a shot- Colorado is at least one of the least fat states in the country, so there is a chance it might work.
Works great in Paris. I use it everyday. It cost me 30 Euros per year!
