@vancouverite1989 I like US football, I do. But the Olympics are entirely on another level. My friends who think football is the greatest thing ever and don't understand my love of the Olympics don't get it. I tell them, "Imagine that football season only comes around once every two years and only lasts two weeks."
The response I usually get is, "How the hell do you put up with that?"
When you love something that much, waiting for it makes it that much better.

If you are able to, get CTV (or CBC depending on who wins the bid next time), Roger Sports Net and TSN from Canada next Olympics. They basically covered every event to its full entirety live and then they repeated the highlights again. Not much exposure for American atheletes since the networks are all Canadian. But I am quite proud of the Canadian coverage, it makes me happy. :P
