Jeff Rosen, Santa Clara District Attorney may have the two answers the DA of Orange County and The Fullerton "Stompers" Police Department need to get around this latest murder. Copely v. San Diego Superior Court and the Police Officer's Bill of Rights keeps in Secrecy the Beatings and Shooting deaths in San Jose and Fullerton. Of course let's not leave out Oakland PD who currently has 16 Officers who have shot or killed 40 citizens. Their Chief tried to become Chief in San Jose but was rejected because his department was so murderous.
