  • That was nothing close to being a crash. You should have seen how close to the ground No.5 would get in the A-4's back in the day.

  • @TheFLKiIler well they usually use the burners on that one part but although ive seen this a million times he did look low

  • @hawkplaya94 Its not sopposed ot be like that. He was too low by a 100 feet. Thats why he used full after burner

  • not a near crash just part of the show, the blue angels push it to the limit for their shows cool video

  • wow, nice video... but that was NOT perfectly executed. I would consider that a close call and I've seen this done by the Blue Angels many times with there being more speed and altitude.

  • yeah as soon as he's out of that dirty roll he goes nose up and full burner, with the power those f404 engines have, theres no way hes going to hit the ground

  • Not by a long shot. That's No.5's standard dirty-roll takeoff. After the roll he's lost some speed and he loses quite a bit of altitude but nothing a little backstick wont compensate for before he breaks left.
