i'm aware of that, based largely on the fact that doom rocks absorb swords, i just would have liked to see what are considered to be the best trap players go at it using their trap teams

yeah...! I'm so glad I got to see this in person. It's a very intense ( and rare) match. I would have liked for Duc to use Spiral though... Clock should have had the second match =/

Spiral/Sent can get beaten out by Strider/Doom. Whether Clock's team has more OR less health, Strider as the advantage with is normals, Supers, and Doom Chipping assist. One Orbouros with Doom assist is worth around 3 sequential Swords activation pressure strings. I mean Spiral can teleport repeatedly all she wants to get out of the trap bu if the team has lower health it won't help running. Strider can go on the offensive while doing the trap. Spiral is 99.9 % defensive play.

I wish it could've been Duc Spiral vs Clock Strider, that is my MvC2 dream match.

There not AMAZING players, there good players. Clockwack is just a mirroring of Duc, they both use the same wack style of play.

As you can see, if you know how to defend against Clockwack he has simply no chance at winning. He doesnt have the ability to execute without Doom, hes a glorified scrub IMAO. Advice to all people who play against this style, STAY AERIAL AND HAVE PROJECTILE ASSIST!!! Duc picked Cable's proj assist to keep Strider honest, and to lock him down a bit. All you need is common sense people, its not that difficult to understand. Doom dies? Throw the controller to the side cause he cant win...

I guess should have been more specific. ... gamecube? as in, to the immediate right of the t.v., a gamecube? I would be a complete moron to think that a gamecube could emulate a dreamcast well enough to play mvc2 without lag. Even the playstation 2 and xbox versions can't accomplish that.

man i wish there were more videos of duc using spiral. there is the sanford match, but thats all i can find.
