  • My cat goes crazy for the emery board!

  • Our cats don't actually scratch on it either-they love the toy though. And of course our cats will lay on just about any piece of paper, and clean clothes :)

  • People it is cardboard with the snad like grain glued on it. It would probably work though if they ever used it (which they don't). They scratched on it a few times and that was the end of that lol. Cats can sense when something will be beneficial to you and make your life easier and they will never allow it. FYI to clip your cats claws wrap em' up in a towel only allowing 1 paw out with the tightly held towel restricting the rest of the weapons. Rinse and repeat for each paw.

  • They're high on cat nip! But did they start scratching it yet?

    Great piece of paper XD

  • Does a cat need this? It doesn't work! My cat hates it!

  • Your cats are cute. We just have a pet store brand scratching thing that looks like a piece of bacon. My Calico loves it. better than an Emery.

  • @cayishaazul Don't waste your money, our cats don't use it.

Look for a scratching toy that is made with cardboard or some other natural material, pet stores sell them.

  • Our cats won't go near them.

Emery cat scratching board is too hard, if you rub it, fine mineral sand comes off, I wouldn't want my cat to get it on his paws.

Cats like natural materials like wood, cotton, cardboard and paper !
