Whereas Italy won the ESC in 1964,the best song of the evening was Warum nur Warum by Udo Jurgens.The song is very melancholic with so many questions but no answers why it has to end abruptly for two lovers. Warum nur Warum remains popular not only in Europe but also around the world under the english version of "Walk Away". Although it did not win in Copenhagen, the melody remains a favourite in our hearts.
