Nicki's POV

"Momma!" Madison exclaimed. I looked up from my cooking to see my daughter hop up onto the kitchen stool. "Jakey won't let me come in his room."

"Well, if he's doing it just for meanness, tell Jakey that Momma is gonna get him if he doesn't," I said. Maddie grinned before jumping down and shooting up the stairs.

"I'm home!"

I put down my knife I was using to cut vegetables and walked into the front room. Daniel smiled and pulled me into a tight hug. "I missed you Mommy."

"I missed you too baby," I replied as we pulled away. "Your father is dealing with Justin at the moment in his office. They should be out in a few minutes."

"What did he do?" Danny asked, following me into the kitchen.

"He thought it might be smart to cuss at your father and I," I replied, shaking my head.

"Idiot," Daniel sighed. I swatted his bottom causing him to pout.

Daniel is a sophomore in college. He's going to Stanford and majoring in law, just like his cousins. He, William, Nathaniel, and Skylar are going to start a law firm downtown once they are all out of college. Until they get it up and running, they work at Hollywood Records.

Jacob and Justin are now eighteen. They are both taller than me by about five inches, quite fit, and still rocking in band. They've developed the act of eating a lot, staying up late, and sleeping all day. They're going to the University of Tennessee to play soccer.

Madison, our baby girl, is eleven. She is still spoiled rotten, but she doesn't show it a lot. She still loves being held by her brothers and Daddy, and she also loves swimming. She's taking competitive swimming classes now, and she's really fast.

"Ow." A whimper sounded from behind me, and I turned to see Justin rubbing his bottom, tears still making their way down his face. I opened my arms for him, and he walked right into them without hesitation. He may be eighteen, but he is still my Momma's Boy.

"I'm sorry for swearing at you Mommy," Justin sniffled, hugging me tightly.

"As long as you don't do it again," I replied.

"Katie is on her way," Danny said after hugging David. "She wanted to stop and get something from her parents."

Katie is Danny's girlfriend. They met at a concert and pretty much fell in love. They were always together. They started dating not long after that, and planned their college careers around each other. Katie is a very nice young lady, and I love her for my son.

"Danny!" Maddie squealed, running in with Jacob.

Danny scooped Maddie into his arms while Jacob took over comforting Justin. I smiled at my children. David made his way over and pulled me against his chest. We watched our babies, holding each other close.

"We have an amazing family," David whispered.

"We definitely do," I smiled.

Oh my gosh! LOVED it! I love how the boys are still into their parents even though they're almost grown. Justin is 18 and still calling Nicki "Mommy" - that it just too sweet! I love how close all the families still are. I hate to see this end, I really do, but now I can't wait for the last chapter! You really are a great writer! :)
