I am 43 years old. I smoked for 28 years, I started when I was 13 years old and quit more than 2 years ago near my 41st birthday. How did I quit? I realized that it was killing me when I almost died from a brain aneurysm that ruptured. The aneurysm was most likely caused by smoking. It was a miracle that I survived. Today I am greatful to have my health back and I cherish the life I have. I have been smoke-free for 2 and 1/2 years now!!

I love smoking, it is the shit! After a long ass day of work, it's nice to know you got something to rely on. That smell, the taste, it makes me want a cigarette just thinking about it. Fuck all you haters, anyone who knows that this is what happens when you smoke. We know that it causes these problems, but we don't give a fuck. Life is to short anyways. Life expectancy right now is 80 years. That is short!

what smokers always forget, is that their Family and Friends are the ones that suffer, when the Smoker is in final Stadium of Cancer in the Hospitalbed, snapping for air and coughing Lungs out till they die, its pure Hell.

hm send your Parents to make a Lungcapacity Test at the Pharmacy or Doctor, a Collegue of mine was quite shocked as she had only a Breathing Capacity of about 42% under 30% goes critical to mortal... now she is stopping smoking slowly, less cigs a day to start with... maybe that might help.

the Tobacco isn't the real Problem, much more the additives in industrial Cigarettes, specially Arsenic which kills slowly but surely...
