i can almost sit on my hair, and im planning on dying it blonde, its damaged but not greatly, what do you reccomend i use to look after it?

my hair is curly..my roots is wavy..and i blowdry and use straighner the whole time...can i stiil use bond extensions???

I have no idea about extensions but if you keep abusing your hair you wont have any left! Dont use the flat iron if possible.
Extensions sound like a nightmare and a lot of upkeep. Good luck anyway. search youtube for channels who know about extensions. I would use clip in ones if anything.

how long have you been growing your hair???

I maintained it at 36" for 10 years and then 4 years ago went for knee length or 56".
I estimate at least 8 years since my hair grows 7" a year.

AND NOW IT IS 56.5
