This is my replication of Jonnydavro's "One magnet Bedini motor". It uses an egg shaped magnet spinning at very hig rpm. The circuit is a standard Bedini SSG (I just used an old motor and took the rotor away). This video shows the power produced by this very simple device.

  • Nice that you got it going !

If you havent used it already in your set-up Sephiroths tip to put a 12v relay coil in series with the transistor base resistors SIGNIFICANTLY reduces the amp-draw (by approx 60-70%).

Starting the magnets rotation is for some reasons a bit harder then unfortunately, but worth the power saving.

Looking forward to how you combine it with the SEC.

    Have fun ;)

  • Xenomorph----I have already tried that a long time ago when he first posted the idea. I will try it again with this new setup.

  • I wanna see a Bedini dancing chicken.

  • Hey if it is magnetized and there is a way to spin it ---it just might work. I would have to make it so it made a 'cluck cluck cluck' sound as it spun around. lol

  • I can't believe my eyes, my jaw is still hanging open !!!!!!!!!

  • december105---Yeah. It looks like one of those fake magnet motor tricks that you see here from time to time. This one actually works. There is a toy version out but it doesn't use the same circuit and has no energy recovery like this one. It runs on a 9 volt battery. There is even a patent on it.

  • The negative on the primary battery go’s to the inner 20 gauge wire on the coil which also go’s to the emitter on the transistor and the inner 24 gauge wire from the coil go’s to the collator on the transistor then the neon bulb is connected to the emitter and collator does it matter which way I put the neon bulb? And is there any problems you see in this hookup? Thanks for you help!

  • The potentiometer is connected to a 24 gauge outside coil wire. My 1N4007 diode is connected to the positive on the secondary battery. Then the outside 20 gauge wire runs to negative on the secondary battery and on the positive on the primary battery.

  • Nice video! Hi I have been trying to get the bedini motor to work, but the wheel just comes to a stop. My setup is 1N4001 diode is connected on the emitter to the base on the transistor. Then the base is connected to a 470 resister. Then resister is connected to the potentiometer.

  • MAke a fan on it and it will hover :P haha

  • Can you can spin a 2 inch sphere magnet? if so how fast will it spin?

Why I am asking is if the INPUT to spin a magnet at a terrific speed is low the OUTPUT of that 2 inch spinning sphere magnet inside a pickup coil would be much greater. Overunity would be achieved.

  • Hello boys, I have been doing this for 13 years now with the Tractormag. Check out my videos under the name Tracmag.

  • Excellent :) there are cylinder ones as well :) they are strong and only 2 $ :) hehehe very cool video lol. wow very nice :) Get the cinlinder version spining :) like in my video :) I got a idea :) Once you can get it spinging and then try and center it and bring in the copper ring from the outside in or from top down and read the coil volts :)
