  • The settings aren't fully highest. If you want highest settings, you should turn off "force global lighting"

  • @xxl606

    Crap, you are right.

I though, that having something to ON would be better.

Anyway, Bioshock 2 is out now, so I will be using that, for new hardware! :)

  • Would a Intel core 2 duo 2.8GHZ suffice as "decent"?

  • Yes if it has 2MB L2 cache or more!

  • Wow, a SOLID 60 FPS at the highest settings and resolution? Much more than what I expected! I am getting this card for christmas and your video verified it kicks ass :D

  • Yeah it was a great card. I was very impressed by it. Just make sure you have a decent cpu.

  • I have an OK CPU but I am going to O/C to get good results. I just got a 24 inch 16:9 HD monitor and it runs at a native 1920x1080 so I will need to OC my CPU unless I go down res and ruin my quality or setup my 16 inch CRT (1024x800 or something like that) when I want to game. Running any game at 1024 or lower will be the freaking bomb on this video card.

  • I have 3,5 Ghz @ 1.5v on my 720

Oh, and also the 4th core unlocked.

  • Oh and I tried ArmA II with the 1.4 patch too, and at 12x10 res I also could play it smoothly on mostly highest settings with visual distance at 2/3.

  • Just got OpFlash Dragon Rising and the 4770 devours it on max detail at 1280 x 1024(The highest res for my monitor). Since it did it so easily, I'm sure it would play OFPDR at max detail on a higher resolution too, since the game is 'consolized' graphicwise, with blurry textures though still looking good considering the scale.
