  • Thanks for this video. I am no dummy, but the instructions that came with the machine are mind boggling. I even got verbal instructions from the company but your video was so clear and concise. It's done, my machine is clean and now I have to go color my hair because of all the grey hair I incurred from worrying about it prior to viewing your video. Thanks Again!

  • @BGV26 Right on! Thanks for commenting:]

  • Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you!

I was STRESSING because I needed to clean my machine and the instructions were stupid; and my 'upline' is (as usual) unavailable and I didn't know what to do!

Thank God for YouTube and for this video which shows it clearly and perfectly so that I could accomplish it and not get frustrated or feel stupid! I very much appreciate your video and its great help to me!

  • @piglette2004 Thank you for appreciation. We were in your exact shoes when we decided to figure it out and help others do the same (by creating this video). It's not a perfect video we understand, and we're thankful to the others who have weighed in with their own suggestions to offer advice. Cheers!

  • Thank you also. What a `feeling`having the best water machine in the world.

Your video has helped us to keep it `fine tuned`.

    Thanks again.

  • You forgot to hit the reset button. This keeps track of water flow and lets you know when to replace the filter. Button is inside upper right in the filter enclosure. This is important!

  • Yes, right now instructions have not been 'Americanized', meaning dummied down usually. Make notes on your copy as I did so each cleaning is easier

  • Thanks again!!!!

  • Thanks so much for your demo now I know what to do, and will refer others to your video. Many thanks Alice

  • @stevejoyce100 Sorry I've still not heard back from the manufacturer of the Clean Install Faucet. I would reach out to them for some help and ask for Stan (the principal) - he's a super nice guy but probably really busy. Hope this helps and thanks for posting btw. I was looking at that product myself - is it as good as it looks?

  • Thanks! This is a very helpful video, however, by running the water into the cup from the gray hose for another few seconds, after already running it for 10 seconds, you are actually flushing the citric powder down the drain through the flex hose. Both hoses should go into the cup simultaneously to avoid doing so.

  • @stevejoyce100 I'm looking into this right now for you with the makers of that device. I'll see if I can get them to post directly to your comment (here). Please check back within 24hrs... Thanks!
